Website information

Privacy

We use information submitted through RoboTailor.com to assess and respond to domain purchase inquiries and partnership proposals. This notice describes the information involved in those exchanges and the limited browser storage used by this website.

Information provided in an inquiry

We receive the name and email address entered in the form, the selected purchase or partnership intent, and any company details supplied. Purchase inquiries include a preferred platform. Partnership inquiries include the proposed use of the domain. Please keep submissions relevant to the business discussion and avoid sending sensitive personal information.

We use these details to review the proposal, communicate about it and maintain a record of the discussion. Submitting a form does not subscribe the sender to a marketing newsletter. We do not sell inquiry details or use them for advertising profiles.

Service providers and records

Our hosting and inquiry infrastructure uses Cloudflare services. Providers supporting hosting, request processing and email may process technical information, such as network addresses and request logs, as well as the submitted inquiry. We restrict our use of inquiry information to the discussion, site operation, security and applicable recordkeeping needs.

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to manage the inquiry, any resulting agreement and relevant obligations. We do not publish a fixed retention period for every record because the duration depends on the nature and outcome of the exchange. We review requests to correct or remove information in light of those needs.

We store the selection made in the cookie notice in the browser’s local storage under a site-specific consent key. This necessary preference lets the site remember whether Accept or No thanks was chosen. Both choices dismiss the notice. Cookie choices can be reopened from the footer, or the stored value can be removed through browser settings.

We currently load no optional analytics or advertising trackers, including after Accept is selected. Declining does not activate optional tracking. The inquiry form does not save entered contact details in local storage. If a submission fails while the page remains open, the form keeps its current entries so the sender can retry.

External destinations

Links to other websites have their own privacy practices. Selecting a purchase platform in the form records a preference; it does not create an account or begin a transaction with that platform. A later transaction may require information under the selected provider’s terms and privacy notice.

Requests and updates

To ask about information submitted here, reply to existing correspondence about the inquiry. If there is no existing conversation, use the inquiry form to request follow-up. We may request information needed to verify the relationship to a record before changing or disclosing it. We will assess the request under applicable requirements.

We may revise this notice when site practices change. The version displayed here governs our current description of those practices. Please review it before sending additional information if a previous inquiry took place some time ago.
